As a Registered Dietitian, I educate, inspire, and provide advice to a wholesome path through life. I started Health-Crush in 2011, working with companies in clinical settings, formulating foods and beverages, developing recipes, providing tips to be healthier, and began capturing a lot of the former with photography. Health-Crush is founded with a purpose to heal the body, mind, and soul with wholesome, flavorful, and deliciously healthful living.
