BALSAMIC HONEY VINAIGRETTE

I love using vinegars in my homemade salad dressings. There are endless possibilities, but this one is focused on balsamic vinegar and I love using it in the fall. It’s a little flavor that brings on ‘cozy time’ for me. By adding some fresh ingredients, the salad dressing doesn’t last for more than a few days, but it’s such a flavorful dressing I’d bet you’ll use it in the first day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, finely minced

  • 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon garlic, dried

  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme, minced

  • Dash of Salt & Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Using a mason jar, place all ingredients into jar.

  2. Place top on jar and shake.

  3. Enjoy!
